I'm sure that not everyone has the same benefits, however my DEXA scan improved after 11 months of going to OsteoStrong once a week. I had not had a scan for 4 years, so no telling if I had gotten worse, but after 11 months of OsteoStrong I had improvement. Not astronomical improvement, but better than the scan I had four years earlier. OsteoStrong also keeps track of how much weight/strength is used on each machine for each session. I can see that my strength has increased exponentially. There is no proof that any one process works for everyone, and supervision is key. I can absolutely understand how someone could injure themselves working with weight machines if done incorrectly. I trust that it may not have worked for you, but I'm very happy with the progress I have experienced.
