I had a vestibular evaluation through my ENT. They were able to pin point my problem. They gave me exercises to do for 3 weeks and it fixed me! No more vertigo nor dizziness. I have sudden SNHI bilateral hearing loss. They aren’t sure if I have Meniere’s Disease or Autoimmune Inner Ear Disease. Sudden hearing loss in both ears is not likely with Meniere’s. Rheumatologist says all blood and inflammation markers are normal so doesn’t match with AIED. Still no hearing improvement and tinnitus is extremely loud 24/7 in both ears. No more dizziness since the exercises. Salt was a big trigger for the dizziness for me.

I’ve never heard of salt being an issue with Dizziness. I am assuming you have crystals that have moved. Can you tell me if that is so and how you discovered salt being a problem. I am very glad you found the answer for you.

What exercise did you do please?
