I’m familiar with these articles. I was suffering extreme fatigue, tingling, ataxia and eye focus variability when B6 toxicity came to my attention. One of these articles suggested the patients B6 levels were elevated at almost 300.
Mine were over 1600! From taking small doses (25mg) hidden in a magnesium supplement. The new recommended daily maximum is 10mg (down from 100). Coming down isn’t easy and rebound back into symptoms, just when you think you are recovering is a common phenomenon. I’d like to see all the B6 issues collected into one group. It’s a serious issue and I’m finding I have more information than the local GP. Fatigue and brain fog are the most difficult symptoms to cope with (for me).
