It's just one of many platforms for a new type of ablation process known generically as 'pulse field ablation' that was trialed at selected hospitals in the USA, Canada, and in the UK and EU during 2022/23. It only uses electrical fields that disrupt cell membranes and kill them instead of using thermal/radio energy.
