Had ct scan wondering if my subacromial joint is issue as there are some pieces of bone. Going back to pt. Surgeon is out of town so he hasn’t seen ct scan yet and have option to go to civilian surgeon that specializes in shoulders. My ROM is awesome and keep up with my pulleys, therabands and 5 lb weights. Still get dry needling and taping which helps. Having said that still better off now then before surgery

Wondering exactly where they do the dry needling and what is it supposed to accomplish? My surgery was almost 7 months ago . I completed 4 months of pt and continue home exercises,but there is still a good amount of swelling in my upper arm and I have not been able to have complete range of motion and am considering if the swelling is interfering with muscle strengthening.

I am interested in your PT program. Can you tell me what your routine is? I had a fracture years ago and now also pain in both shoulders. Not terrible pain but I think my ROM could be better.
