Rice, decipher will give you useful information. With no change if the 3+4 if the sample is large enough this time, I'd ask for it. Not sure if your provider is dismissive of Decipher of decipher for you at this point.
You might want to look at focal therapy. It good to hear of someone catching prostate cancer early enough not to treat the entire prostate. Best wishes.

Hey guys,

my #'s were good also..........PI-RADS 2 , 3+4, one core of 12. 25% 4. blind biopsy though. small lesion. 2.3 PSA. BUT, Decipher .80. yikes. I am hoping that HIFU can work. anybody with ideas? RARP has 35-40% ED and Incontinence. and 36% chance of adverse pathology post op. Radiation has who knows what down the road. thinking HIFU gives me 3-5 years with no ED and incontinence and then 2nd treatment which pretty much leads to ED.
