Did you have other issues besides a deviated septum?
Seems like sinus or allergy involvement would cause the throat clearing and blowing nose. Did you have a turbinate reduction as well? Or just septoplasty?

Just deviated septum and chronic nose bleeds. Just had the septoplasty I think. I don't recall hearing anything about turbinate reduction.
