@phyllisg @fab44 Thanks so much for your replies. I think I'll give it more time then, I hope it's just some residual swelling.
I also still have mucus in my throat and some congestion, not sure if that will ever go away.
Rinsing my nose with saline water and also gargling with salt water seems to help a little though.

Sorry for this late reply. I had the surgery a year and half ago and after a lengthy recovery period it has improved my breathing by tons especially at night. I have to clear mucus in my throat a lot and blow my nose a lot, but overall it is much better.
