No I haven’t had but there is a clinical trial I know of on west coast (UCLA) claudin 18.3 protein you must test positive for by tumor tissue testing. I have tested positive for this protein and when my GAC chemo wears off (I’ve been on it since Jan 2024 and cancer antigen is now normal even though a have a liver lesion (metastasis) under 1.5 cm, I will enter that clinical trial which has had good results so far for gastric cancer. Results for current trial for pancreatic cancer haven’t been published yet. I have nodules in my abdominal peritoneum which are stable but dr was unable to get a good biopsy material if it, but they assume it’s cancer since that is a common place it goes. My oncologist in Irvine says pancreatic and gastric and gallbladder cancer have a lot of common traits. Chemo is not the regimen for the clinical trial; it’s an antibody pill. Dr Zev Wainberg up at UCLA can provide you more info about the clinical trial. Best wishes for you.
