I was having sever leg and foot cramps and had blood tests that showed low magnesium, vitamin D, and Potassium among other things. Now I supplement with double dosses of those as well as a multi-vite and although the cramps still come it is a lot less sever and less often. I also was drinking a lot of water and my Doc recommended I cut back because I was flushing to much before my body could absorb the needed vites and minerals. Even with fortified water. Good Luck !
