I had one at 46 because those cute apple cheeks sagged really early. Had brow lift for sagging upper eyes as well.
If your doc clears you, go for it!!

I’m 59 and just do Botox and the occasional filler. If I were to get a face and neck lift would that mean no more botox needed?
