Orgovyx extreme fatigue side effects
I have been using Orgovyx several years for prostate cancer and am now have in extreme fatigue side effects during the afternoon. I take Orgovyx late morning every day and side effects kick in around 3p.m. I was wondering if I switched to taking Orgovyx at night in stead if side effects during day would be reduced

I take my Abilaterone at 2am, then take a nap after my first meal around 8:30am. My solution for feeling tired.
I have PC stage 4 and sarcopenia. High intensity barbell exercises for about 15 minutes every other day. Makes me feel good 😊. Good luck.
I forgot to mention that I take about 90gr of protein daily, I'm 86 150 lbs.

How much of your protein from food and powders, if any? I am trying to get my protein from vegetarian sources like soy, nuts, beans, legumes and vegetables.
I am on Orgovix for 29 days and I already feel fatigue!
All the ones you mentioned. I'm addicted to steamed green onions, mushrooms, beans and whatever other veggies are available at the market. I'm fond of almonds and seeds that I blend and sprinkle on my salads and follow Dr Fuhrman's (YouTube) recommendations but I always add a bit of meat for flavor and extra proteins. Last but not least 15 minutes of barbell and two 5 minute chair exercises to control my sarcopenia
BTW I exercice every other day or sometimes 3 x a week. One day of rest is
important between exercise. Search YouTube for a video that's suitable to
you.
I workout 5 days a week but alternate between 35 minutes weight lifting and 30 minutes cardio (elliptical/treadmill) so one day weights next day cardio next day rest then repeat this pattern
Works for me.
