I have severe osteoporosis and was told by my doctor to try the injections Tymlos or Forteo. I am still doing my research before I decide which one to take. I am 67 petit and small framed women. I have family history of cancer my oldest sister died of pancreatic cancer and just lost a younger brother from stage 4 lung cancer. Reading your comments is helping me and taking injections on daily basis for two years a bit scary. How does it feel??

Good morning…I have been on Tymlos since June of 22 and the injections are easy and pretty much pain free. The needles are very small. I squeeze the fat on my lower abdomen, insert the needle and then let go of the fat and inject. It’s very easy. By the way, I’ve had an 11% gain in my spine. It’s been worth it. I too am small framed, and my mother passed of ovarian cancer in 1985. The black box warning of bone cancer in rats came from rats receiving very high doses of Tymlos…no women have been diagnosed after receiving Tymlos. Wishing you a successful journey. Rose 🌹
