After bisphosphonates then what
I suspect many of us started on some form of bisphosphonate. My question is what did you do next after being on these drugs for many years? I am reading that the effects of Forteo/Tymlos, and Evenity are blunted. Did you move instead to Prolia or Reclast and then what happened?

Since D increases absorption of calcium from the intestine, we could speculate that the effect of PTHT appears blunted (in the ten of my sample) because D had already influenced the effect that PTHT enhances. PTH levels are lower in those with D deficiency; maybe those individuals benefit more from treatment with PTH.
It is easy to reach an induction fallacy with associative studies, but these studies yield great leads for investigations of cause.
