Anyone else experience Weight Gain with long COVID?

I gained 10+ pounds right after having Covid Feb 2021 and Dec 2021. No one was talking about the weight gain. It is quite frustrating in addition to all of the other issues of long covid. I’m hearing that Covid triggers an inflammation response in your body. For me, the weight will not budge no matter what I have done/do.

I gained 18 pounds after Covid. I’m stab now, but can’t lose the weight. Sad

I am in the same boat. I had covid for the third time about 3 weeks before a hip replacement. I gained over 10 lbs and can’t get the weight off even though i have been exercising 4 days a week.
