Welcome @cathydy. I changed the title of your thread for you. Usually treatment options for recurring CNS lymphoma are dependent on the treatment you've had in the past. Besides surgery, did you have radiation or chemo in 2015?

THANK YOU. Chemo was given, methotrexate 2 times before body could not tolerate more. Went into kidney failure and other organ problems. All ok, except now in stage 2 kidney disease. Second Opinion recommended we do nothing re: brain and see what happened. All brain scans have been negative since Dec 2015 including one on 4/20/16. Problems with memory, balance, reading,vision prompted moving MRI forward to 6-15-16 with results of multiple tumors
