I gave them my GoodRx card several months ago and they entered it in their computer.
So when I go, I don't have to give it to them again. The prescription for saline is for
a year with refills. I started it in February so they have that on file also.

HI Harry, I hope you were nice to the pharmacist or tech at your Walgreens! It is not their fault the computer program that runs their prices has this awful glitch.

EVERY Walgreens pharmacy I am familiar with, in 2 states, is operating understaffed and overworked, and doing the best that they can. I talked to our long-time pharmacist, and he told me when Walgreens contracts with insurance providers to take on blocks of new patients, the individual stores get little or no additional budget or staffing.

Here is what I have done when I have been unhappy with their operations - On the website, go to "Contact Us", select "Store Pharmacy" then "Other Issues" and report your experience.
If it is a computer issue, they can escalate it to the Tech Staff. If it is an employee training issue, they can inform the pharmacy manager.

Have you reported this issue?
Sue

Harry where do you get the GoodRx card? Are these the cards that you find in the doctors offices? I am sorry I am so ignorant.
