Looking for breathing and lung strengthening exercise videos
I was on this page several days ago and somehow was led to videos with breathing and lung strengthening exercises. A woman with short grey hair and blue shirt. I don’t remember how I got there. I want to continue these exercises. Anyone know where I need to go. Searches are not getting me there. Thanks.

If I type his name his site will come up or does he have a website address? Thank you for your time.
I suffer from dysfunctional breathing and my Dr recommended "The Breather". It's a device you can buy on Amazon and has an app for video instructions. You can gradually increase the resistance as you gain strength. I have found it has improved my cough reflex and helps me take fuller, deeper breaths. I hope this helps.
I don't know if its me who gave the info you are looking for but the person I really like for guided breathing exercises is Kitaro Waga, just type in his name on Google and you will be taken to his many videos of breathing and he also does some meditation ones too. He's a certified Wim Hof instructor but you don't have to do Wim Hof to do the breathing with Kitaro Waga. His videos are free, very generous of him. I really like his explanation of the breathing as you do it with him and he always says go at your own pace. His voice and manner are very soothing and motivating, its great to do first thing in the morning o or evening, but whenever you have time is good, the more you do it the better you understand and want to do more. Hope this helps.

Brisk walking is also a great lung exerciser. Be sure to breathe in through the nose out through the mouth with deep breathes when walking.

My father has dysphagia and the weakness prevents him from taking full breaths easily. The Breather has helped him as well.
