Prostate removed in June 2022. No natural erection since surgery.

Prostrate removed in June 2022 at 65 years old. Everything worked pretty good up until then. Pills do not work. Injections work but very painful erection results. Erection curves downward and is painful. Approximately 1/2 size before surgery. Any advice?

Those injections worked too well for me---had to go to emergency twice to "lower the flag" --as it were--You could try those vacumn devices--don't go cheap though--maybe ask a doctor---good luck--I'm 76 and had it done 10 years ago

Maybe the dose is too high?

VEDs (Vacuum Erection Devices) are not an easy solution for ED but if all other method fail it is certainly worth considering. We have been using VEDs for over 12 years with great success and they have provided us with some unintended benefits. Because of the rules of this I am not able to post a link which you may find useful at present but will do as soon as I am allowed to do.

I had a RP in 10/21 and have had no natural erections since. I have been on maintenance, daily Cialis. I tried the vacuum device with the penile rings at the base to keep the blood in the penis and sustain the erection, but I found this unsatisfactory.
The only remaining option was penile injection. My urologist prescribed Trimix. I was naturally hesitant to put a needle in my penis but the fear was unfounded as it was virtually painless. After adjusting the dosage a few times I had an erection that was stronger than pre surgery. Lasts around 2 hours (downside).
Unfortunately, I too have lost length-first with the surgery and additional shrinkage with Lupron. Reading some posts in various forums I am hopeful that I will regain some size now that my Lupron has been discontinued. There is no good answer/options. Trying to accept the reality and be grateful I am alive and can live life to a reasonable degree.

I too had a RP but in 2022. My older brother went through the same thing 4 years ago and he had an inflatable penile pump (prosthesis) put in, so I did too. I had a Coloplast Titan IPP put in last October. Its the best thing I ever did! Short term pain, but long term gain. Works great, can have an erection when I want it with no shots or drugs, and lasts as long as you want it. It doesn't help with length but I am back to a normal sex life and I also feel better about myself knowing that I can have an erection when I want.

Recovery is 6 weeks according to the doc. For me it was 8 weeks until I tried it out. Girth is more, and your length is better, I was wrong on my original post and I did get some length back but not all. One of the frustrating things after Rp is a short penis just for urinating. The implant helped that allot. I have no regrets!
