Halos for me are seen around a bright object. My clock in the bedroom has a "glow" around it like a "halo". I do not see this during the day but, I do at night.

The T.V. has a "halo" around the outer edge of the screen. This is more profound at night when the room den is dark. I don't notice this during the day. I have glasses for watching the T.V. that help with this.

I apologize, as I should have read my previous comment and corrected it....my error. My halos are worse around an object at night than the day time.
