I had cataract surgery a year ago. I have the daytime halos and have a pair of glasses for T.V. watching that work beautifully. I do have nighttime halos as well, but, my brain has tuned it out. You can also get glasses for driving and for the computer. I am not sure if halos and glare are the same thing.

It is strange that this happened 10 years after your surgery.
