Anyone experiencing nausea/vomiting with Abiraterone?

I have been on Abiraterone for about 5 months, seems okay, I also am on Prednisone which is suppose to help with side effects of the Abiraterone. I haven't had any stomach problems, I had read top two sides were stomach, both ends, got my attention but have not had that problem. Pretty pricey med but with my insurance is okay. Best to you.

I religiously take the zytiga an hour before breakfast which is the only meal I can predictably schedule in an attempt to keep blood levels of the drugs constant as I still operate a business and days otherwise can take on a life of their own. I then take the orgovyx and the prednisone with that food. No gastro side effects as all for me on that schedule.

My husband has been on abiraterone/Zytiga with prednisone since January 2020 and he has never had any nausea or vomiting. Zofran and the like give him constipation which makes him panic, so I am glad there has been no nausea with Zytiga. One strategy I learned when he had chemo was not to let his stomach get completely empty. Once your hour after taking Zytiga passes, you might try saltines, etc.

All comments about Arbiterone/ prednisone are identical to my symptoms- - NONE.

You only need one pill-250 mg Arbiterone with 5 mg prednisone in the am. With a low fat breakfast per my medical oncologist. My PSA is < .01. The drug is too expensive-I don’t like schiesters pharmaceutical company’s.
