Sounds like prostatitis or BPH
You may have hematospermia. Blood in ejaculate (sperm). First thing that has to be ruled out is prostate cancer or anything going on with vas deferens or testicles. Can be due to prostate infection as well. See a Urologist not just Primary Doctor.
May also research candidiasis and prostatitis.
If it is Hematospermia that is usually benign in nature. My urologist
did a prostate exam and urinalysis and was very reassuring.
You will feel relieved after getting checked out.

I hope you have seen the helpful posts from other members. Have you had surgery lately or a biopsy? Have you talked to your doctor about the discolored semen?
I had brownish semen for about 2 months after I had a prostate bioposy. They told me the brown would be the dried blood from that coming from the prostate. If you have not had any procedure that might cause that, I would certainly set up a visit with my Urologist to make sure what is causing it. I always like to side on the caution side when anything strange happens with my body.
