Has anyone ever had passing out regularly episodes as one of their symptoms with fibromyalgia? Or had extreme lightheaded/dizziness almost days at a time?

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and have passed out. They linked it to the neuropathy. My blood pressure bounces all over the place.

I get lightheaded and experience vertigo on a regular basis. This started with my other Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue symptoms.

After 3 years of cardiologist, a nuclear stress test, and an Eco it is now confirmed that my heart is healthy, I had a pacemaker put in 2020 because my heart rate would drop below 50 causing me to pass out. Now I wonder if it could also be related to the Fibromyalgia. The irregular heart rate was / is a result of Fibro, there are 2 nerves in the neck that go to the heart. When they are pinched or in a bind I now go see my Chiropractor, he does his thing and wha-la no irregular heart rate. Some doctors do not recognize chiropractors as a real medicine and want to look for other reasons. I made sure that my current cardiologist knows and understands the results I have with my chiropractor. He's also the one who did the test and said I have a healthy heart.
Conclustion; Fibromyalgia will effects each person differently and doctors do not know everything. Go to a Chiropractor , preferably one who treats Fibromyalgia patients. You'd be amazed at what they can alleviate. No its not a fix all by no means but it can offer relief on quite a few things.
