I bought the socks from Temu. I have not tried any other brand.

Tysm Sophie.
I will purchase them. My neuropathy is severe. I always wondered if compression socks really helped.

The compression socks work best if you also take Alpha Lipoic Acid. Unfortunately not all ALA works well. After a while the neuropathy may come back, but it will be less painful.

@kenc

What is cupping?

Michael Phelps used cupping in one of his olympics. They take these special, clear glass jars and put some kind of flame inside. Then the flame is extinguished and the "cup" is pushed onto the skin where pain is evident. As the inside of the cup cool, a vacuum forms, causing the tissues to be drawn slightly upward into the cup. Supposed to help with something, not exactly sure what.

I suffer from CRPS and use bamboo socks, yes, bamboo!!! So soft and feels GREAT on my feet. I wear compression socks but there are different types of compression and you need to buy 1 and see how it works for you. I always wear them when I fly. My CRPS is in both feet and when it is painful it feels like my feet are on fire. I use THC gummies at night for some of the pain.

I found really nice level 8 mmHg to 15 mmHg soft sleeping socks. Made by Doctor’s Choice, the sizes fit men and women. They also have a full, over the calf length winter type pair and a shorter, year round pair. Perfect compression, warmth and comfort made by the same brand.

I do think the spinal injections depend on a good doctor with a good technique and that they do the injections at the right levels (I have had good ones with limited pain and others who caused extreme pain). Have you had a MR Neurogram done to image your nervous system to identify where nerve damage is and where to do injections/other treatments with the most benefit for pain management for you? I will pray for you to get help and some pain relief. It must be so hard for you to deal with this pain.

I am having the same nerve pain problem. I’m about to have the Miniprocedure which is a non invasive surgery to make more space for the nerves. Anyone else have this procedure?

Had this done in a special cupping procedure. They sucked a couple of huge blood clots from my back. That relieved a lot of pressure but after that the regular cupping did nothing.
