@mandersen, I don’t recall having an issue with oily skin post transplant, but I do know that each one of us is different. The most frequent post transplant complaint is problems with loss of hair.
Do you know if the patient had oily skin before transplant? Is he/she using a different product since transplant? If this is bothering the patient, I would encourage communication with the transplant coordinator because I can’t imagine this being unheard of. Ask them to suggest a product.
Is that something that you can do by a patient portal?
