Gynecomastia is a common side-effect of ADT. There are some treatments that can help.
Here is an article describing the 2 options: Short course of radiation or tamoxifen.

Thank you for your comment and for the the link.
I still have not been able to find any information on side effects of intermittent ADT and if the side effects are the same the 2nd time as the 1st round of ADT. Are the side effects are cumulative?
