I have tried every kind of brace there is ,but what has helped me and changed my life is building your core muscles. Once you have strength those muscles you will start feeling stronger in your on skin . You want need those restrictive braces. Once your core muscles are strong enough you should start working on your posture. This will help you feel better about yourself and you will look good. You can work on all of these areas at one time to get a better body weight and type. I’ve started working on pertain parts of my body each day. You should never have the same exercise routine changing up your routine will confuse your body but that. Is a good thing.Try it out for three or four months and see how you feel. I’m hoping it will work for you. For instance:
Monday:Glutes/Abs/cardio
Tuesday upper body and core
We’d.: legs/cardio
Thursday:Full body
Saturday:Glutes/ads/cardio
