joined osteostrong after recomend from PT.member about5mos. my last visit on March 6th Iwas doing the seated legpresss and fractured L4. Could have been a supervision issue but cannot prove. FYI had DEXA couple days later and there was significant spinal improvement.Go figure. another piece of significant info. I am 72 yrs old and been on gabapentin for CRPS for 35 years. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at 72yrs old after bad fall 4/2023. Learned that Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant!A no no for osteo! Literature states PCP should have studied me at 50 yrs old! He denied any reelationship with anticonvulsants and Osteoporosis. Am almost off Gabapentin.
