Copied this from what I posted to someone else, but applies here. I have been where you all are. I am not 100% but I am waaay better than I was. I have great days now. I feel for you all, but also want to tell you there is complete HOPE. YOU CAN do this. They say the only way out is through. So true. Found a girl tapering online- used her videos. Take each day as it comes and give yourself 100% KINDNESS. None of this is your fault! The brain needs time to heal. Some brains take longer. LOVE YOURSELF for your commitment.

Doctors prescribe these drugs but most have no idea how to help you off. I used the Ashton manual and it helped me understand so much about weaning, *kindling, etc. Stuff I had no idea about.
