I don't take anything, but I drink a lot of water which can help some for my situation. I have supra ventricular which, I was told, is not as dangerous as other types. If my doctor suggested meds, I'd surely consider them though. As of now, he does not think it's necessary for the tachycardia. I do, though, think there is some connection with it and stiff-person-syndrome.
