Now what you are describing fits what I am going through to a tee. Even hospitalized and feed intravenously because the pain was excruciating. 3 weeks in hospital.
Please let me know if you find something that helps you.
Also, have you noticed any pattern to when this becomes worse?

There are studies relating the pattern of fatigue and pain - mainly - in PASC with fluctuations in sexual hormones, and it is possible that in mild cases, women around the age of 40 imagine they are going through menopause, as it tends to cause irregular flow. In my case it was exactly like that. And it has a clear relationship with the pre-menstrual period, as I never had relevant symptoms before menstruation before PASC.
