Has anyone tried PRP for a plantar plate tear of ligaments/tendons? The Dr says the only remedy is major surgery. I can't afford the down time. Any other ideas? Thanks so much!

I am awaiting an MRI, to confirm my probable dx of plantar plate tear of 2nd and 3rd toes. I have been searching the internet but not seeing much other than surgery to repair the tear. I'm hoping someone will see this post, and share their experience, if they have had this type of surgical repair. Thanks
