Help for pulsatile tinnitus?

Welcome to Connect @wishbone. Tinnitis is such a chronic problem with few successful solutions. Mine is from an acoustic neuroma, and radiation damage to my other ear. I find that loud noises worsen it and certain sleeping positions result in it being terribly loud when I awaken. Have you had a medical workup for this? I ask because I have a friend who had worsening pulsatile tinnitis and a scan showed an aneurysm near her ear which was successfully treated to alleviate the symptom. Hopefully more folks will chime in with their suggestions.

I get very good relief from a hitly not heart begh dose (6x day) Lipo-Flavonoid supplement I take for the tinnitus I have. Excess salt and too much nonsteroidal inflammatory drugs like advil and naproxen make the tinnitus much worse. Good luck with your problem.
