I can’t post links because I’m a new member but when I hurt my back I wore corsets from corset story or cheap spine support bras and lumbar support belts from Shein. My specialist told me I needed to strengthen my back muscles or they could atrophy, so I didn’t wear the garments for long or anything, just if I needed to get something done and I was feeling very uncomfortable.
