Sherry- I am not the shipper-the pharmacies are the ones responsible for being aware of shipping legalities and regulations and following the rules. It does take some time to receive the meds so I'm thinking there are inspections and much paperwork involved.

I use the Canada Drug Warehouse and they work with you to determine which member company you want to buy your drug from which determines your price. Then they out the order in and get it shipped. When it hits our border, the package is inspected. That can be a couple of days process. Then if it passes (whatever that entails), it continues on to you. It is all legal and above-board.

It’s the pharmacy that does the shipping not you. My physician will fax prescriptions to Canadian Pharmacy services. The prescription stays valid for a couple years.
I’ve been very happy with them. They will tell you what country the drug is coming from and I think you can request that the drug comes from Canada not sure about that. But you have to consider, if you are reluctant to buy from outside US because of quality that indeed others from these countries survive and live without FDA review.
