I was wondering about what do one do with the results. Say if I got a positive result for a specific cancer, I will need further studies such as imaging, endoscopy, or biopsy etc. If it’s a false positive then I will end up wasting time and money. What about false negatives? That will be more of a problem. In addition, how often would one need to be tested? Supposedly one test only tells you at this specific test time, what your cancer markers look like

While I totally understand your concern about "chasing" false positive are very unusual. You either love this type of tech or are leery but early detection is all we really have...my dad, a doctor at 90 yrs sadly with dementia used to say the tools to treat have not changed all that much!
