@mlwh and @windyshores glad you two sorted that little dust up out. I just wanted to say I have found Lani Simpson and Keith McCormack both to be very useful whether you are trying to be only natural or you are only taking meds or you are trying to do both. I consulted with Lani both on my DXA results and on "what the heck to do now that I know my DXA results are real". She was quite helpful. I appreciated that she was not dogmatic about natural vs meds. I did not want to pay for advice from someone who could only see one side of things.

@awfultruth exactly: they are providers who will suggest meds if needed and have a lot of knowledge if meds are not yet needed, and won't suggest them prematurely.

I was influenced by Lani Simpson because at the time she was contemplating Tymlos and I also got the idea to do Evenity after Tymlos from a patient in her masterclass. My docs did not suggest it.

I do need to pay more attention to the title of threads!!
