After reading most of the comments from others who suffer from RLS, it sounds very familiar to what I experience at night when I go to bed. I will have painful cramping in my feet and calves. It may occur 3-4 times a night, or more, during sleep and I have to get out of bed to stretch and walk around a bit. The pain and cramps usually go away, after stretching and moving around a bit. My doctor has prescribed Gabapentin 100mg at bedtime, but it does nothing. I do not like how the Gabapentin makes me feel. I don't know how to describe it, other than it makes me feel off balance emotionally. I've only taken the Gabapentin about a week and after reading some of the posts here, I will probably discontinue the drug and try some alternative solutions, like magnesium gel and frankincense oil. If there are others that are experiencing the same symptoms, I'd like to hear your comments.

Restless legs PM from Hyland’s
Helps me, at least most of the time.
I order on Amazon and take 2 when needed.
They dissolve under your tongue.
It’s worth a try, good luck.👍

I too was on gabapentin. And lyrica. I didn’t have any helpfulness with either. I sometimes thought if I go back on it I want to try the other version like Horizontal.
I’m not sure if I spelled that right but if you look up gabapentin there are three other kinds.
I’ll know more in two weeks when I see the dr.
