L was done in December 2022 - that’s the one that still hurts. The R was done in March 2021 - probably took 3-6 months to get back to full function. Started with a lot of pain right after surgery, that slowly but steadily improved. After 4-6 weeks I wasn’t taking anything for pain but was still using ice when I overdid things. My L improved to where I didn’t need narcotics but not any better than that. It’s very frustrating
