More severe colds after Covid?

For three years post-covid I didn't get a cold. I'm on my 3rd post-covid cold/virus - all have been longer than normal and more intense than normal. This URI is now in week 4! Covid negative. I feel awful and just keep wondering when it's going to end - especially on top of Long Covid. I have been diagnosed with immune dysfunction.

I am now five days into my cold, and I’m still experiencing a slew of intense symptoms. Normally after a couple of intense days I would be starting to feel better, but I so think that Long Covid is doing something terrible to my immune system, making it extremely overreactive but also maybe ineffectual. My insomnia that developed after Covid has been especially severe during this cold, which has to be making everything worse.
