Neuropathy pain in my left foot and lower left legs

My left foot burning pain has increased recently and not sure if it is another flare up or if my 1600 mg/day dosage of Gabapentin is not controlling the pain as well as it use to. Has anyone had experience with their medication not being as effective as time goes on? I pray everyone is having less pain.

Hello @robertlclark My wife took gabapentin for her leg pain. Over the duration of her illness the doctors adjusted her dosage when her pain increased. Not sure if the medicine was less effective or if her pain increased though.
