I've had FM for 40 years. I take a clonazepam to go to sleep and like you wake up 3 or 4 hours later. I then take a half clonazepam which is my limit. I do go back to sleep usually but then it's waking up every hour and a trip to the bathroom. I also rub on A535 at night and also when I get up. I am 75 and am so tired of struggling with this pain. I don't know what is meant by flare because I've always got pain which just moves around. Yesterday mostly in my gluts, shoulders and neck, this morning in my shins (bad). The weather is so triggering. I hope you find an answer.
