Hello @landersen804, I would like to add my welcome to Connect along with @michael42, @pml and others. There are some suggestions you might find helpful in this article:
--- How to Lower B6: https://www.livestrong.com/article/522968-how-to-lower-b6/

Here are a couple of other sites for understanding vitamin B6 better:
--- Vitamin B6 Toxicity: http://www.easy-immune-health.com/vitamin-b6-toxicity.html
--- Understanding B6 Toxicity: https://understandingb6toxicity.com/

Did your doctor offer any suggestions for lowering your B6 levels?

No she did not. I looked at the list of foods that are high in Vitamin B6 and I eat most of them but only in moderation. Not sure what to cut back on ...

Thank you. Your email has made me rethink my food intake and I will start on a lower B6 diet beginning tomorrow.
I've been undiagnosed for 6 months for my symptoms and am hoping my problem all along has been too much Vitamin B6 in my diet. I've been very conscious of everything thing I eat for years and always tried to eat healthily. Would be shocked it it turned out to be something like too many cheerios for years.
