@normahorn I read that study about calcium and Vitamin D this morning and am not sure it is anything new in terms of concerns expressed in the past. But also the calcium supplementation was high and the D3 supplementation low, in my view, and there was no K2. And what choice do we have? Best to get calcium and vitamins from food but some of us are dairy free. I bought sardines yesterday 🙂

Moderation may be the key.

Have to be careful with K2 for anyone who has certain cardiac issues. It is known to increase Lp(a). Don’t want to trade one issue for another.
