Ive noticed that as we get older our fluid itself decreases. I'm 65 and pretty much dry but the feeling is about the same. So when I asked my doctor, he said that's pretty normal as we get older. I figure I don't plan on any kids so i just did not worry about it. I do take medicines for a slightly enlarged prostate so that may have something to do with it but I have not had the procedure you mentioned.
