I work out at home:
I do squats (30 lb weight), sit to stand (one leg), lunges, shoulder raises (20lb), chest press (40 lb resistance band), hamstring curl (40 lb -resistance band), deadlift (2x20lb weight), modified push up, dead bug (for core). I also take salsa line dance 2x week and tai chi. I used to take Pilates using the reformer machine but it was cost prohibitive for me (I loved it though!). I struggle with motivation- but I do the workouts once a week. I will aim for twice a week. I will up the weights when 10 reps get easy. ❤️

Applause to you! Keep up the good work I just got out of Pilates. And yes it is an expense I go to a private trainer twice a week. Your insight is so helpful!
