Hi Jennifer.. what do you do for your resistance training? I have been lifting 4 pound weights every day plus doing a one minute plank every day and I go to Pilates twice a week. I am in including ankle weights now and doing side leg lifts every day is there anything else you would suggest. Thank you so much on this journey. Nina

There is a new device that was just proved by the FDI. I am including a screenshot of it so you can Google it. I have hope it’s a 30 minute belt but you need a prescription for it. I have a relative that is a spine surgeon and he contacted the rep and I am hopeful to get it, it’s so interesting and I’m praying it might be a good addition
