Hello: I have a Mediterranean diet cookbook and other healthy cookbooks I use. I strive to fill my shopping cart with a rainbow of colors of fruit and veg. We adjusted what we buy: poultry/fish more often and typically no more red meat.
Think about the stop light when you shop, what are the green for go foods, so healthy you don't have to limit them? Yellow stop light foods means slow down and limit them, and red stop light foods means try to avoid altogether.
I use the internet a lot to search for healthy recipes.
