Is anyone on a bisphosphonate and bioidentical hormones getting result
Is anyone on a bisphosphonate and bioidentical/compounded hormones at the same time and getting positive results? Googled it and it appears this isn't a bad combo.

Thank you for writing that. I feel pretty despondent today because I saw my endocrinologist yesterday and of course she was very negative on the bio identical hormones is really pushing tymolos or forteo. I feel pretty upset today but I’m going to stick to my decision for a couple months and see how I feel on the bio identical as I’ve said before I had been on the non-palate therapy for 20 years and South great but it’s just so hard to think of going on a drug, thank you so much for sharing
Can I ask if you had a better DEXA scan as the result of taking the pallets thank you for any advice
I have been on BHT for 12 years and was diagnosed with osteoporosis, just 18 months ago. I was shocked as I thought oestrogen would help with bone loss! In my case, I imagine the culprit was the stomach band I had in place for weight loss (I was obese). Having this band prevented me from getting the nutrients I required especially protein. I was offered Bisphosphonate meds but refused as my 10 year fracture risk was only 11%.
Were you using testosterone?
Yes
Did you use the pellets and have blood done…taking supplements…start multi….K…magnesium…calcium…zinc…DHEA etc. best of luck
Yes, all my hormones are compounded based on my blood work. I'm also taking all the supplements you mentioned above!
Wonderful! I am so hopeful with the pellet therapy. I did the cream bioidentical hormones for 20 years. I do not want to take the meds! Ugh. Good luck and thank you for sharing. 🤗
I have increased my resistance training as well, that seems to have improved my DEXA over the course of one year
Hi Jennifer.. what do you do for your resistance training? I have been lifting 4 pound weights every day plus doing a one minute plank every day and I go to Pilates twice a week. I am in including ankle weights now and doing side leg lifts every day is there anything else you would suggest. Thank you so much on this journey. Nina
